DARREN SEAMAN
Owner • Operator
Born and raised on Vancouver Island, Darren discovered his love for building early on – crafting and designing furniture long before moving into home construction. Years of hands-on experience in the industry gave him a deep understanding of every stage of the building process.
Under Darren’s leadership, Creative Concepts Construction has completed hundreds of custom homes and renovations across Mid-Vancouver Island over the past 25 years. His commitment to quality, integrity, and collaboration – combined with his talented in-house team – has made Creative Concepts Construction a trusted name in homebuilding.
Outside of work, Darren enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the outdoors, and giving back to his community through coaching basketball and supporting youth programs.
LYNNE CAMERON
Assistant
Lynne is an essential part of Creative Concepts Construction, supporting every aspect of the company’s operations and growth.
Working closely with clients, the admin team, crew, trades and suppliers, she draws on her background in Interior Decorating and Event Planning to keep projects organized, on track, and running smoothly. Her attention to detail and ability to build strong relationships make her a valued member of the CCC team.
Outside of work, Lynne enjoys time with her family and friends – and never passes up always up a good round of golf.

Office Administrator
Jill keeps everything behind the scenes at Creative Concepts Construction running seamlessly.
With a background in office management and construction project coordination, she’s passionate about the design and building process and is dedicated to creating systems that keep projects efficient and organized. Jill values strong relationships and fosters them through clear communication, accountability, and a genuine commitment to clients, crew, trades, and suppliers alike.
When she isn’t holding down the fort in the office, you’ll find her in the garden, growing flowers, or out exploring the beaches and trails of Vancouver Island.
