DARREN SEAMAN
Owner • Operator
Darren was born into a logging family and raised on Vancouver Island. He discovered his love of wood working at an early age by creating, designing and building furniture. Years of working in the construction industry gave Darren the tools to learn all aspects of home building.
Creative Concepts Construction has successfully completed hundreds of projects over the past 25 years under Darren’s leadership. His conviction to deliver the highest standards on each project by using his expert management skills, his talented team and his passion for creating unique, functional and long lasting homes has made CCC one of the leading construction companies on Vancouver Island.
When time allows, Darren enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, running, cycling and coaching basketball in the community.
LYNNE CAMERON
Assistant
Lynne is the Assistant to all and has been an integral part of Creative Concepts Construction’s growth over the years. Working closely with clients, the administration team, crew, trades and suppliers, Lynne uses her background in Interior Decorating and Event Planning to keep projects on task and on time. Her attention to detail and her ability to cultivate relationships are an important part of her job and she is proud to be part of the Creative Concepts Construction team.
In her spare time, Lynne enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is always up for a round of golf.
JILL FOREMAN
Office Administrator
Jill keeps everything behind the scenes at Creative Concepts Construction running smoothly. She has a background in office management, construction project coordination and is passionate about the design and building process. She’s dedicated to creating efficient systems that keep our company and projects organized. She works hard to develop relationships with our clients, crew, trades and suppliers through clear communication and accountability.
When she isn’t holding down the fort in the Creative Concepts Construction office she can be found in her garden, growing flowers and exploring the beaches and trails on Vancouver Island.
