Darren Seaman
Owner | Operator
Our team has successfully completed hundreds of projects over the last 20 years under Darren’s leadership. His conviction to deliver the highest standards on each project by using his expert management skills and staying on time and budget, has made CCC one of the leading construction companies on Vancouver Island.
Darren has called Vancouver Island his home from day one. His wife Jane, born and raised on Vancouver Island, teaches at a local Nanaimo Elementary School and their 3 adult boys, Nate, and twins Jake and Ryan are now involved in the company.
When not working, Darren can be found coaching senior boy’s basketball, and running up mountains, when time permits.
Lynne Cameron
Assistant
Lynne is the Assistant to all and has been an integral part of Creative Concepts Construction’s growth over the years. Working closely with clients, the administration team, crew, trades and suppliers, Lynne uses her background in Interior Decorating and Event Planning to keep projects on task and on time. Her attention to detail and her ability to cultivate relationships are an important part of her job and she is proud to be part of the Creative Concepts Construction team.
Jill Foreman
Office Administrator
Jill keeps everything behind the scenes at Creative Concepts Construction running smoothly. She has a background in office management, construction project coordination, and is passionate about the design and building process. She’s dedicated to creating efficient systems that keep our company and projects organized. She works hard to develop relationships with our clients, crew, trades, and suppliers through clear communication and accountability. When she isn’t holding down the fort in the Creative Concepts Construction office she can be found in her garden, growing flowers and exploring the beaches and trails on Vancouver Island.
