The exterior showcases Hardi Plank board-and-batten siding accented with cedar shakes, complementing the existing farmhouse while ensuring durability. Modern mechanical systems and high-efficiency construction are seamlessly integrated without compromising the traditional aesthetic.
On the upper level, custom cabinetry, resilient vinyl plank flooring, and an intricate vaulted ceiling with drywall detailing, creates a refined yet inviting space. A thoughtfully designed bathroom on the garage level adds functionality and convenience.
