Craftsman Refresh
Originally built in 2007, this impeccably crafted Craftsman-style home was due for a refresh. The newly relocated homeowner’s challenge was clear: update finishes throughout and bring in more natural light without major structural changes.
Creative Concepts Construction worked closely with the homeowners and delivered with precision and creativity. The interior renovation featured a complete kitchen transformation, including refinished cabinetry, new quartz countertops, and upgraded bathroom vanities. All hardwood flooring was replaced with elegant, engineered oak, while every tile floor received a fresh update. The showpiece was the entertainment wall in the sitting area, which included a new gas fireplace framed by built-in cabinetry with tongue-and-groove detailing, floating shelves, and two new windows on either side—flooding the space with daylight. The ensuite bathroom was updated with a new vanity, quartz countertops, and new tile flooring. Contemporary light fixtures were added throughout, paired with a fresh, modern paint palette. Behind the scenes, a new hot-water-on-demand system was installed, and all HVAC systems were serviced and upgraded.
